What's this for?

Accounts were introduced in Timepage on December 14, 2017. They allow you to use Timepage on multiple devices and sync your preferences and membership status. They are currently not mandatory but you may not be able to use all features without an account.  Your calendar data is never sent or stored on Timepage servers.

Registration from China

If you are connecting from China, you may have network issues behind the firewall.  If possible, please use a VPN for registration.

How do I create a new account?

Enter your email or choose to sign in with Google or Facebook. 

How do I login with an existing account?

Use the email that you previously signed in with and tap the next arrow. If you use a different email than the one you used before, we'll assume you want to sign up for a new account.

How do I reset my password?

Enter your email and tap the next arrow, on the Sign In screen tap Forgot Password and follow the prompts.  If you do not receive the email instructions, please check your spam folder.

Is my email the same as my Apple ID?

Not necessarily, you may use any of your email addresses

How do I fix login errors?

If you're experiencing network errors such as "timeout, interrupted connection or unreachable host", please check the following:

  • Are you behind a firewall, e.g. from China?  If so, you may need to use a VPN.
  • Is your internet connection working?
  • Have you used the right email address?
  • After trying to login, tap back to the main menu then back into the Account screen, you may be signed in already.
