Why aren't my events up to date?

Your calendars will be synchronised in the background to keep your data up to date.

If your data seems old or isn't updating, please check that Background App Refresh is turned on in your iPhone settings:

  • Open the Settings app and go to General then Background App Refresh
  • Ensure it is turned on
  • Scroll down to Timepage and ensure it is turned on

If you are still seeing old data, please close the app by double-tapping your home button and swiping the app upwards, then reopen the app.

Your data will only be synced as quickly as iOS collects any new information from your accounts.  Please check in iPhone Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars that each account is set to "Push" or the "Fetch" frequency is often enough.

If you are using Low Power Mode, your data may not automatically update.
